Already hosting over 1000 people from over 100 startups, Runway East are expanding fast, from their initial sites sites in Shoreditch and Moorgate, London. They have recently opened a new site in Bristol and two more in London, in the heart of Soho and near Borough Market,

Ian helped Runway East to establish their new site Londons’ Soho area. Ian and Amalgam colleague Agnieszka Jakubowska created the concept planning and helped Runway East liaise with the statutory authorities and provided the appropriate plans and specifications for them to obtain planning and building regulations consent. As well as creating the interior design ‘visuals’ that helped to sell the spaces ahead of works completion.

Its a buzzing creative hub helping startups to ‘take off’.
