Already hosting over 1000 people from over 100 startups, Runway East is a start up too, and so they know what their members need: a well located, engaging environment in which to work, meet, think and socialise.

They are expanding fast, from their initial sites sites in Shoreditch and Moorgate, London. They have recently opened a new site in Bristol and two more in London, in the heart of Soho and near Borough Market,

Ian has helped the Runway team establish the viability of their potential new sites. He has undertaken planning / feasibility studies for premises in Manchester, Birmingham, Newcastle & Oxford as well as plan their new premises in London & Bristol.
