A new home of filmmaking.

As well as being a new home for Media & film production company FOMO Studios & independent camera, lighting and audio equipment rental house, FOMO Rentals. Fomo House was to have been a new Clubhouse and Co-Working venue for the FOMO community of film industry creatives.

Ian worked with Fomo founder, Jamie Bezencenet and his team to develop a design scheme for a new home in the London’s, Shoreditch.

Although this site didn’t progress beyond the design stage, the concept was taken on to an alternative site in Shacklewell street, which has recently launched.
