Property and construction consultants Gleeds, invited Ian to help developers The Fitzroy Group & PKS Architects, to design a prestigious new development in Hampstead, London. 

Working with Mark Mallindine, Mark Simpson, Jack Bridges & Jennifer Raagas of AMALGAM, we were responsible for the Interior and landscape design.

Jersey house, on the Bishops Avenue, has 3 large reception rooms, a library, a family kitchen as well as a separate ‘catering kitchen, an indoor swimming pool, sauna, gym, cinema, and games rooms.

All 8 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and the master suite has his/hers bathrooms accessed via adjoining dressing rooms.
